前文我們提到Windows 11僅支持新設備而放棄為舊設備提供支持 , 這里的新舊只要以2017年的TPM 2.0為界線。
要想升級Windows 11必須同時滿足以下條件：處理器在支持清單里、附帶TPM2.0芯片、BIOS里支持安全啟動。
這些要求目前已經(jīng)造成某些問題，部分用戶的處理器是支持的但沒有安全芯片，或者有芯片但處理器不再列表里。
很遺憾按微軟官方的說明如果不能同時滿足要求的話那就無法升級Windows 11，除非用戶更換硬件以滿足要求。
為此微軟也已經(jīng)在支持文檔里公布所有受支持的處理器，包括英特爾品牌的、AMD 品牌的以及高通驍龍?zhí)幚砥鳌?/p>
